HOW MUCH CAN SOMEONE USE YOUR NAME?
It feels bad when someone uses your name to the maximum without letting you know, for his benefit, but by defaming you. That person's motive remains to simply help your name benefit him,but your image is just nothing. At such an instance, what should you at first place, should you talk to that person,or should you just ignore him to the maximum possible extent?
My dear friends, its your guidance thats required now.

file a defamation suit against that guy in court.
Confrontation is the best possible defense.. but be sure that your facts are right, you have proof against them and that you are not wrong anywhere. When you have had your say, then ignore them from that point onwards.
well, first you shud be flattered....
confrontation might be a solution but if someone can go to such an extent to defame you for his/her own gain, then he/she doesn't really care what you think....
Perhaps as Mohua says, vent it out and then ignore him..
Cheers!
